In recognition of the importance of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) as well as the willingness to ensure a safe workplace for staff and also protect our clients’ investment and facilities, AllNations Resources Development Company will established a robust health and safety culture driven by our goal to achieve “zero accidents” and “zero man-hours lost” thus ensuring that we perform our activities in a way and manner that minimize health and safety hazards to workers and other members of the public.
The tenet of our safety culture is based on the rule that every accident is preventable. The company fully acknowledges that by complying with stringent Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) procedures, zero accidents can be accomplished.

Use of full range of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE),
Use of Safe Tools & Equipment,
Regular HSE training for staff,
Regular on-site safety audits
AllNations Resources Development Company takes Health and Safety very seriously and is committed to providing a safe working environment for its employees and for site visitors. Health and Safety is a priority and is the direct responsibility of all management and supervisory staff. There are well-established processes and procedures, detailed in the Safety Manual, and they are strictly adhered to by every employee.
Safety is the most important criterion for the Performance Assessment of all AllNations Resources Development Company employees. Any employee who disregards Health and Safety procedures is subject to immediate disciplinary action.
